You can unpack the order at home and try it on (e.g. put your dog in the dog carrier backpack). Please be careful with the products so that you can return the items if necessary.
Unfortunately we can not replace goods that have been worn, used or damaged. Please return only unworn, unused, unwashed and hair-free goods, as only this is exchanged or withdrawn. Goods that are dirty or damaged, smelled or washed will not be or only partially refunded. Damaged goods will not be refunded.
