If you have ordered the wrong size, you are welcome to change it for the right size. There are two options:

  1. You order the right size immediately and we will regularly refund you the wrong size as a return.
  2. You send the wrong size back and get a voucher for the new order. The difference will be refunded (if necessary).

National shipments within Germany are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. Within the European Union andGreat Britain, your parcel is usually delivered within a few working days. The same applies to Switzerland. Delivery to the rest of the world is usually within 7 working days, but it may take a little longer.

All times without guarantee. Delivery times can be longer depending on weekends, public holidays, vacations and seasonal fluctuations. Please understand that the delivery times depend on the shipping service provider.

Please note that the return address may be different. We will usually email you the appropriate return address within a maximum of 24 hours. So please do NOT return the order to the address in the imprint or any other address. This may result in the processing of your return for a delay of several working days and possibly additional costs, which we have to deduct from the refund amount.

Our goal is to send all orders within 24 hours. At least, however, all deliveries are usually packed ready for shipment within 1 – 3 working days after receipt of the payment and handed over by us to the shipping service provider. For other marked items, the processing and delivery time is usually delayed by 3 – 5 working days or as discussed. All products are usually shipped together. In other words, if your order includes products that are partially out of stock, your order will be shipped as soon as all products have arrived at our warehouse. Do you have further questions? If you have received an incorrect, wrong or defective item or your delivery is incomplete, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail with your name and your order number, as well as the relevant products (item name) and the reason for your complaint to info@tarigs.com. Normally you will receive your invoice by e-mail or with the shipment. If you still have no invoice, we apologize to you. In this case, please send us an e-mail with your name and your order number to info@tarigs.com.

Usually your order will be packed within 24 hours ready to ship. If you have chosen the method of payment in advance, your order will be packed ready for dispatch after receipt of payment. As soon as your order has been sent, we will inform you by e-mail.

The team of TARIGS always strives to send every order as fast as possible. For this reason, a subsequent change of your order is unfortunately no longer possible. Nevertheless you can send us an e-mail with your request to info@tarigs.com. We also try to find a solution for you quickly in this case.

Normally you will receive your credit note from us within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the parcel. If you wish a refund to your bank account or credit card, you will receive it approximately 5 working days after the return. Please note that the processing time on holidays can be extended accordingly.

We ship worldwide without a minimum order value. For all TARIGS products, we offer worldwide free shipping.

The shipping costs are always based on the most expensive shipping class. We reserve the right to choose the shipping service provider. Standard shipping occurs with or without tracking, depending on the size of the package. We currently offer express shipping on request.

Unfortunately we can not carry the return costs. Please send us an email in advance to info@tarigs.com with your request and your order number. If possible, use the packaging in which you received your goods from us. You independently order a shipping service provider of your choice with the return of your goods / order. Please note that the return address may be different. Unfortunately we can not replace goods that have been worn, used or damaged. Please return only unworn, unused, unwashed and hair-free goods, as only this is exchanged or withdrawn. Goods that are dirty or damaged, smelled or washed will not be or only partially refunded. Damaged goods will not be refunded. If one of the other cases occurs, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee. This is usually € 8.00 per product, possibly higher depending on the effort.
