Return shipping label

When using the return label, the flat rate amount will be deducted from your refund amount. The return label will be mailed by DHL and is valid for DHL/Deutsche Post or their partners abroad.

When using the return label: Please note that the parcel must not weigh more than 31.5 kg and must not exceed the dimensions 120 x 60 x 60 cm. Otherwise surcharges will apply, e.g. a bulky goods surcharge of €30 / £28.

Unfortunately we cannot bear the return costs. Please fill out the return form or email us your cancellation. We will then either send you the address to which you will send the package yourself or send you a return label (not possible for all countries).
