Unfortunately we cannot bear the return costs. Please fill out the return form. We will then either send you the address to which you will send the package yourself or send you a return label (not possible for all countries).
Why we don’t cover return shipping costs?
We want to offer you high-quality products at fair prices. This includes a transparent cost allocation for returns. If we were to cover the return shipping costs for everyone, we would have to pass these costs on to all products. This means that customers who keep their orders would indirectly be paying for the returns of other customers. We don’t think that’s fair. In addition, the risk of abuse of the return policy unfortunately increases. Customers could order items (unnecessarily often), just look at them or use them for vacation, for example, and then return them free of charge. This would increase the costs for all customers.
Return shipping label
When using the return label, the flat rate amount will be deducted from your refund amount. The return label will be mailed by DHL and is valid for DHL/Deutsche Post or their partners abroad.
When using the return label: Please note that the parcel must not weigh more than 31.5 kg and must not exceed the dimensions 120 x 60 x 60 cm. Otherwise surcharges will apply, e.g. a bulky goods surcharge of €30 / £28.

If you have ordered the wrong size, you can return it according to the return policy and order the new, suitable size. Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible.
We recommend that you keep the wrong size until the new one arrives. This way you can compare both sizes. Please contact us if this slightly exceeds the return period of the first order. We will find a solution!
Normally you will receive your credit note from us within 10 working days after receipt of the parcel. If you wish a refund to your bank account or credit card, you will receive it approximately 5 working days after the return. Please note that the processing time on holidays can be extended accordingly.
You’re welcome to unpack and try on your order at home, (for example, you can put your dog in the dog carrier backpack). Please handle the products with care so that you can return the items if necessary.
With sustainability in mind, we package our products as resource-efficiently as possible. Please note that some products are shipped without tags.
We appreciate your understanding that we cannot refund items that have been worn, used, or damaged, as well as items from which the tag or protective packaging has been removed. Therefore, please only return unworn, unused, unwashed, and hair-free items, as only these will be exchanged or refunded. Items that are dirty or damaged, smell of smoke or similar, or have been washed will not or only partially be refunded. The same applies to items that have been damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.
Please note that the return address is usually corresponds to the sender address, but may differ. Please use the return form. We will usually send you the corresponding return address by email within a maximum of 24 hours. So please do not send the order back to the address given in the legal notice or to another address. This can lead to a delay of several working days in the processing of your return and possibly additional costs, which we have to deduct from the reimbursement amount.

The revocation period is 14 days.
After the revocation you have another 14 days to return the items. It is best to send us a message if you decide to keep one or more items from the revocation.
You have received an incorrect, wrong or defective item? Your delivery was incomplete? We are sorry for that. Please send us an email with your name and order number, as well as the relevant products (item description) and the reason for your complaint including photos to info@tarigs.com. We will check your complaint promptly and contact you as soon as possible.
