If you have ordered the wrong size, you are welcome to change it for the right size. There are two options:

  1. You order the right size immediately and we will regularly refund you the wrong size as a return.
  2. You send the wrong size back and get a voucher for the new order. The difference will be refunded (if necessary).

Please note that the return address may be different. We will usually email you the appropriate return address within a maximum of 24 hours. So please do NOT return the order to the address in the imprint or any other address. This may result in the processing of your return for a delay of several working days and possibly additional costs, which we have to deduct from the refund amount.

If you have received an incorrect, wrong or defective item or your delivery is incomplete, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail with your name and your order number, as well as the relevant products (item name) and the reason for your complaint to info@tarigs.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Normally you will receive your credit note from us within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the parcel. If you wish a refund to your bank account or credit card, you will receive it approximately 5 working days after the return. Please note that the processing time on holidays can be extended accordingly.

Unfortunately we can not carry the return costs. Please send us an email in advance to info@tarigs.com with your request and your order number. If possible, use the packaging in which you received your goods from us. You independently order a shipping service provider of your choice with the return of your goods / order. Please note that the return address may be different. Unfortunately we can not replace goods that have been worn, used or damaged. Please return only unworn, unused, unwashed and hair-free goods, as only this is exchanged or withdrawn. Goods that are dirty or damaged, smelled or washed will not be or only partially refunded. Damaged goods will not be refunded. If one of the other cases occurs, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee. This is usually € 8.00 per product, possibly higher depending on the effort.
