    Unfortunately we cannot bear the return costs. Please send us an email with your revocation. We will then either send you the address to which you will send the package yourself or send you a return label (not possible for all countries).

    Returns from Germany:
    Simply send it yourself or request a return label. If you use the DHL return label, we will deduct a lump sum of € 8.90 from your reimbursement amount, regardless of how big or heavy your return is. When using the return label from DPD, we deduct a lump sum of € 5.90 from your reimbursement amount, regardless of how big or heavy your return is.

    Returns from the European Union:
    Simply send it yourself or request a return label. When using the return label from DPD, we deduct a flat amount of approx. € 13.90 from your reimbursement amount, regardless of how big or heavy your return is. You will be informed of the exact amount by email. Available for the following countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria and Poland.

    If you have ordered the wrong size, you are welcome to change it for the right size. There are two options:

    1. You order the right size immediately and we will regularly refund you the wrong size as a return.
    2. You send the wrong size back and get a voucher for the new order. The difference will be refunded (if necessary).
    Reimbursement of my return2020-11-24T12:08:10+01:00

    Normally you will receive your credit note from us within 10 working days after receipt of the parcel. If you wish a refund to your bank account or credit card, you will receive it approximately 5 working days after the return. Please note that the processing time on holidays can be extended accordingly.

    Unfortunately we can not replace goods that have been worn, used or damaged. Please return only unworn, unused, unwashed and hair-free goods, as only this is exchanged or withdrawn. Goods that are dirty or damaged, smelled or washed will not be or only partially refunded. Damaged goods will not be refunded.

    Please note that the return address is usually corresponds to the sender address, but may differ. Please use the return form or email us. We will usually send you the corresponding return address by email within a maximum of 24 hours. So please do NOT send the order back to the address given in the legal notice or to another address. This can lead to a delay of several working days in the processing of your return and possibly additional costs, which we have to deduct from the reimbursement amount.

    If you have received an incorrect, wrong or defective item or your delivery is incomplete, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail with your name and your order number, as well as the relevant products (item name) and the reason for your complaint to info@tarigs.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.
