How the refund works:

  • Collection: If you have your order delivered within the EU (e.g., Germany), we are legally required to collect the VAT of the country of delivery.
  • Prerequisite: You must have a permanent residence outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland). It is important that the billing address in your order must match the residential address shown in your passport.
  • Payout: We will refund the VAT paid as soon as you send us the original invoice (stamped by German Customs) after exporting the goods.
  • Payment Method: The refund will only be made to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Cost: This service is, of course, free of charge for you.

Important Notes on the Process:

  • Invoice: For deliveries within the EU, the printed invoice is usually not included in the parcel. You will receive it automatically via email with the shipping confirmation.
