You are of course welcome to unpack and try out our products at home – feel free to put your dog in the carrier backpack to check the fit. Please simply handle the products with care so they can be returned if necessary.
Sustainability note: To conserve resources, we pack our products as sustainably as possible. Therefore, some items are shipped without a separate product tag.
Conditions for returns & packaging:
Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for items that have been used, damaged, or washed. Please return the items to us in a clean and proper condition:
- Careful folding & packaging: Please make sure that both the backpack and any included dust bags are neatly folded rather than crumpled or tossed loosely into the box.
- Pet hair: Since these are dog products, an occasional stray hair from a careful try-on is completely fine. However, heavily soiled or hair-covered items cannot be accepted for return.
- Odors & condition: Items must be free of any odors (e.g., smoke) and show no signs of active use.
- Tags & packaging: If tags or special protective packaging were included with the product, please keep them intact if possible.
- Return transport: Please pack the items securely for return transit to prevent damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund (or can only partially refund) items that are dirty, damaged, crumpled, or used.
