You can return your order in two ways: either by shipping the package back to us independently, or by using our convenient DHL return label (available for most countries).
Return fees when using our DHL label:
The flat fee will be conveniently deducted from your refund amount:

Important notes regarding the DHL label:
- The label will be emailed to you by DHL after you fill out our return form.
- The package must not weigh more than 31.5 kg and must not exceed dimensions of 120 x 60 x 60 cm (otherwise bulky goods surcharges of €30+ apply).
