The standard cancellation period is 14 days from the date you receive your order. Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the items.

Missed the deadline but wish to make an exchange?
If the 14-day period has already passed, please reach out via our Contact Form. We will review your request on a goodwill basis to see if we can find a fair solution or exchange for you.
