Yes, absolutely! Please note that delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office branch is only available when choosing standard “DHL” shipping (not applicable for Express shipping).
How to select your Packstation or post office at checkout:
- Check the box for “Ship to a different address or to a Packstation/branch?”.
- Select either “DHL Packstation” or “DHL Filiale” (Post Office) from the Address Type dropdown.
- Enter your personal Postnummer (customer ID) along with the address or desired drop-off location.
To receive parcels at a Packstation or post office, you need a free DHL account with a valid Postnummer.
Please note: If a parcel is too large or a Packstation happens to be fully occupied, DHL will usually automatically reroute the package to a nearby post office branch or alternative Packstation for pickup.
