Lifetime Warranty

Nothing is more annoying than a product that breaks after a short time if handled properly. We are convinced of our products and try to deliver you only the best quality. If your product does not function properly during its lifetime due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it.

Only for purchases in Germany. If you are outside of Germany and have a problem with a TARIGS product, please contact us at info@tarigs.com.

Common questions

Manufacturing defects caused by poor workmanship or faulty products or materials when purchased through authorized TARIGS dealers.

The guarantee does not apply to toys. If your TARIGS product shows normal (or abnormal) wear and tear from use, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement. However, we do offer product replacement for a fee. We do not guarantee or offer a replacement service for our toys, as toys mostly have to be chewed. We believe our toys are very durable, but some dogs chew harder than others. Products damaged while being used in an unintended way are not covered by the lifetime warranty.

Please contact our customer service team with detailed information about the product, the defect and the date of purchase. Please also send us the invoice and enough photos of your product. If your claim meets our guarantee guidelines, we will send you a replacement product free of charge (in Germany). If you live elsewhere and have a problem with a TARIGS product, please email our customer service at info@tarigs.com.

Products that fail over an extended period of time due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, living beings or natural material failure can be replaced for a fee.

The TARIGS guarantee is a voluntary service by TARIGS. The guarantee is subject to our goodwill. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
